It also gives you the chance to ask any questions about our process and determine if our therapist feels like the right match before scheduling a full appointment.

How does payment and reimbursement work?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure booking system. Payment is collected at the end of each session, and you will immediately receive an official receipt with the therapist's registration details, which you can submit directly to your insurer for quick reimbursement.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We request at least 24 hours of advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Because that time is reserved exclusively for you, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice may be charged the full session fee.
