Individual Psychotherapy
$185/ 50 minutes
One on one virtual therapy sessions focused on anxiety, stress, personal growth, life transitions, and emotional healing.

$250/ 75 to 80 minutes
Deeper exploratory sessions designed for relationship counselling or comprehensive individual check-ins.

Private Benefits
Psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) are covered under most extended workplace health benefit plans. Please verify your specific coverage for Registered Psychotherapists prior to your first session.
Direct Billing & Receipts
Official receipts will be issued under Understory Psychotherapy with practitioner credentials for insurance claims. You can submit each receipt directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Provincial Health Plan (OHIP)
Psychotherapy provided by independent registered psychotherapists is not covered by OHIP at this time.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. Payment is processed securely at the end of each session.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours of notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to the full session fee.
